DIGITAL MARKETING: CUSTOMER PATH AND PILOT WORKSHEET Space Office | Prepared October 18, 2026 Guide: https://www.spaceoffice.ai/blog/digital-marketing Copy these blank fields into your preferred document or spreadsheet. The worked example is fictional; its numbers are not targets or benchmarks. 1. CUSTOMER TASK Business / offer: Audience's actual buying situation: Question the customer needs answered: Evidence sources and checked dates: What is observation, and what is still an assumption? Useful next action: Locations, products, or requests outside scope: Response owner: 2. CHANNEL CHOICE (ONE ROW PER OPTION) Channel / asset: Its job for the customer: Audience-fit evidence: Destination: Production effort / owner: Cash limit: Access and permission requirements: Reason to include, defer, or reject: Missing information: 3. DESTINATION REVIEW Approved offer and current version: Service or product facts and their source: Important conditions and limitations: Phone and desktop review: Main action label: Permitted form / destination test and result: Where the request arrives: Who responds and how unavailable capacity is handled: Information needed for the request: Privacy / communication review owner: Facts or assets not yet approved: Owner's final decision: 4. BOUNDED PILOT Learning question: Starting evidence or baseline marked unknown: Reporting window and review date: Cash limit and exclusions: Production and response capacity: Week 1: audience, scope, channel roles, request criteria Week 2: destination, assets, factual review, permitted tests Week 3: approved activation, change log, incoming questions Week 4: reconcile reports, review effort, decide what changes Stop conditions and responsible owner: Observation limits (including channels needing a longer window): 5. MEASUREMENT LOG System / report: Window and timezone: Definition of each metric: Source-group naming and any UTM conventions: Impressions: Clicks: Recorded sessions (not a unique-person total): Distinct requests and method for matching duplicate records: Requests meeting the owner's criteria: Completed / scheduled / cancelled / pending states: Recorded revenue, adjustments, and exclusions: Campaign cash cost: Fulfilment costs, other overhead, and owner time: Unmatched records and measurement limitations: Relevant customer questions: Continue / revise / stop, and why: Next action, owner, and evidence needed: 6. FICTIONAL BIKE-REPAIR EXAMPLE All details below are invented for the guide's planning exercise. Offer: a mobile bike-repair collection service within an approved area. Recorded sessions: 350 organic + 200 paid + 150 email + 100 social = 800. These are report-assigned session groups, not 800 unique people. Distinct requests after matching duplicate entries: 40. Requests that meet service criteria: 24. Their states: 12 completed + 6 scheduled + 4 cancelled + 2 pending = 24. Completed-job count / recorded sessions: 12 / 800 = 1.5% for this example. Recorded completed-job revenue: 12 x $90 = $1,080. Campaign cash cost: $360 ads + $140 asset production + $50 tools = $550. This does not establish profit, newly acquired customers, or incremental sales. Parts, travel, labour, other overhead, taxes, adjustments, and owner time remain to be evaluated. Scheduled and pending work is not completed revenue. Observation: some unsuitable requests come from outside the collection area. Decision: clarify the location boundary and review the relevant placement. 7. OPTIONAL SPACE OFFICE PREPARATION BRIEF Deliverables: channel-choice note, customer-path brief, destination-copy draft, and reporting sheet. Inputs: approved audience research, offer facts, real customer questions, current page content, brand constraints, limits, and permission boundaries. Oxygen: prepare strategy options, dependencies, and assumptions. Nitrogen: prepare copy from approved facts. Hydrogen: coordinate handoffs and review against the brief. Human owner: verify evidence and approve access, spending, publication, and the response process. Role assignment does not grant account access. Add Neon, Silicon, or Cobalt only for a separately scoped relevant task. Live roles: https://www.spaceoffice.ai/agents Workflow: https://www.spaceoffice.ai/how-it-works
