If your question is about your signup or account, include the email address you used so we can find you quickly.
Product and billing support
If you are using Space Office, tell us what you were trying to do, what your agents did, and what you expected, along with any safe-to-share screenshots or error messages.
For billing, include your workspace email and what changed. Do not include passwords, API keys, or other secrets in support emails — manage those inside the product.
Security reports
Send security concerns to hello@spaceoffice.ai with "Security" in the subject line.
Please include reproduction steps, the affected pages or systems, and your contact details for follow-up.
Response expectations
Response times can vary depending on volume.
We prioritize security issues, active customer support, and access questions first.
