Privacy Policy
Space Office is an AI team — 30 specialists coordinated by an always-on project manager — that works inside your own workspace. This policy explains what we collect on the marketing site, what we handle when you use the product, and the principles we hold ourselves to.

Changes to this policy
We will update this policy and tell affected customers before we make a material change to how we handle data.
What we collect
Website and waitlist: if you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect what you choose to send — email address, name, company details, your message, and signup source.
Account and workspace: when you start a workspace, we collect account details and the onboarding context you provide, such as company name, team size, a short business description, your role, and which agents you want to hire.
Work content: to do the work you ask for, your agents process the briefs, tasks, project context, documents, chat messages, and any files you share with them inside your workspace.
Connected credentials: if you connect an AI provider or an app, we store the resulting keys and tokens in encrypted form so your agents can act on your behalf. We never ask you to paste secrets into the contact form or email.
Technical data: we keep basic logs such as IP address, browser and device type, referral page, and timestamps to keep the service reliable, prevent abuse, and understand demand.
How we use it
We use your information to run the waitlist, operate your workspace, coordinate your agents, deliver work for your review, provide support, prevent abuse, secure the service, and send product updates you asked to receive.
Hydrogen, your project manager, uses your briefs and context to plan work, assign specialists, and review outputs before they reach you. Nothing is delivered as final until it passes that review and your approval.
We use aggregated, de-identified usage signals to improve the product. We do not use your private workspace content to build features that expose it to other customers.
Your AI keys and connected apps
Space Office runs on a bring-your-own-key model. Your prompts and content are processed through your own Anthropic or OpenAI account and are governed by that provider's terms. Space Office does not use your workspace content to train its own models.
Keys, OAuth access tokens, and refresh tokens are encrypted before they are stored, and the encrypted values are never returned to your browser. See the Security page for how this works.
When you connect an app such as Google, Notion, Figma, or X, your agents only use that access to do the work you requested. You can disconnect an app at any time.
Retention and your choices
Your workspace data is scoped to your workspace and kept while your account is active. You can ask us to update, export, or delete waitlist, account, or workspace data by emailing hello@spaceoffice.ai.
Disconnecting an app or removing a provider key deletes the stored credential for that connection. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails.
Some technical logs are retained for a limited period for security, reliability, and legal reasons even after data is deleted.
