Terms of Use
These terms cover the Space Office website, the waitlist, and the product itself. If you sign up for a paid plan, the checkout and account terms presented at that point control the paid relationship.

Questions about these terms?
Email hello@spaceoffice.ai. We keep the language plain and the paid terms at checkout will always be the controlling version.
Using Space Office
You may use the website to learn about Space Office, join the waitlist, and contact us, and you may use the product to hire agents and run work inside your own workspace.
You are responsible for your account, the people you invite, and the activity in your workspace. Keep your login secure.
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt or scrape it, no unauthorized access, and no harmful, illegal, infringing, or misleading content or tasks.
We may change, pause, or remove parts of the website or product as we build, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Plans and billing
Space Office is a flat $100/month (or $1,000/year, which works out to two months free), with a founding cohort — the first 50 customers — who lock that rate for 12 months. Adding extra specialists is $25/month each, and you bring your own AI provider key and pay that provider directly with no markup from us.
Joining the waitlist does not by itself guarantee access, timing, a specific feature, or a reserved rate unless we confirm it to you directly. Pricing and plan details in marketing copy reflect our current plans and may change; the terms shown at checkout govern your subscription, renewals, and cancellation.
Your content, keys, and connected apps
You keep ownership of the content, briefs, and files you bring into your workspace. You grant Space Office the permissions needed to process them so your agents can do the work you request.
You are responsible for the AI provider keys and app connections you add, for having the right to use them, and for following the terms of those providers and apps.
If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the product without owing you compensation.
AI work and your review
Agents produce drafts and deliverables. Hydrogen reviews specialist outputs, and work waits in review until you approve it. You are responsible for checking work before you rely on, publish, or ship it.
AI output can be incomplete or wrong, and nothing produced by the service is legal, financial, medical, security, or other professional advice.
The website and product are provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise they will always be available or error-free.
Ownership and changes
Space Office owns the website design, copy, brand, and product unless stated otherwise. You may link to the public site, but you may not copy the brand or present yourself as Space Office without permission.
We may update these terms as the product matures. If a change is material, we will make the updated version available here and, where appropriate, notify customers.
